24 April 2005 - More Evolutionary Riddles Dear Editor, Once again, proponents of evolution have resorted to several faulty examples to explain their flawed beliefs. In doing so, they attempt to portray believers in intelligent design as fools. Evolutionists frequently trot out the example of the peppered moth as an example of their theory. Scientists now agree that the peppered moth is an example of natural selection or mutation, not of evolution. However, it turns out that this classic story is full of holes anyway. Existing photos of the moth on tree trunks is an obvious deception, using dead exemplars. Peppered moths don’t rest on tree trunks during the day, they spend time in the tree's foliage. Carbon-14 dating has been the evolutionist's mantra since Darwin: They claim that the ratio of Carbon 14 has always been constant. However, the Earth’s magnetic field is decaying, which follows the Law of Entropy (the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics). This means the Earth's magnetic field was once stronger than it is today. Simply stated, there would be less radio carbon as time passes. This would result in a shorter radiocarbon chronology and make the use of that dating process a fallacy. Regrettably, hundreds of millions of students have once more been indoctrinated with a ‘proof’ of evolution, riddled as it is with error, fraud and half-truths. The world has yet to find any geologic table that compares with the textbook example of the geoligi9c table ("the deeper you go, the older the fossils.") There has never, ever been a provable example of any transitional life form. Folks, there just isn't any missing link. Evolution is a fraud perpetrated on those who don't know better. The word of God reads: "For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse. Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools." Derick S. Hartshorn Conover, NC 28613
